Physical Books:

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the right fit for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your physical comic book purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your physical comic book(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team at jack@terminusveil.com to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Digital Books:

We do not offer refunds on digital comic book purchases. Once a digital comic book is purchased and the download link is provided, the sale is final. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please contact our customer service team at jack@terminusveil.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
